Registration

To register for El pequeño artista workshops, click here or click right image. You will be taken to our registration system. Login, submit your information and choose the workshop of your preference. Your registration will be confirmed by phone or email. You can also come to our studio, fill out our registration form, and submit it to us, or send it to the following address:

Payment

Your payment and complete form are due upon registration. Full tuition is due before the first day of class.
When payment is completed, you will receive a registration confirmation by phone or email.

Refunds

Tuition is fully refundable only before the first day of class, minus a $30 cancellation fee. A pro-rated credit will be issued after the first class, valid for other workshops or future semesters. No refund will be issued after the second class.

Pricing

Register for more than one workshop and receive $20 off your tuition in one semester.
If you register after the first week of classes, each class thereafter will be prorated at 10% surcharge.

Make-ups

Two make-up classes are permitted during the semester. If illness or other extenuating circumstances cause you to miss more than two classes, additional make-ups may be arranged with the office. Make-ups do not carry over from previous semesters.

Food and Drinks

Students are prohibited from bringing foods and drinks into the Studio. If your child needs a snack, please have it outside of the class area.

Food Allergy Awareness

El pequeño artista LLC is food-allergy aware and committed to providing a safe environment for our students. Therefore, we request that you do not bring peanuts, nuts, or foods containing nut ingredients onto the premises.

Safety Sickness

Please keep sick children at home. We reserve the right to send a child home due to illness and will be happy to offer a make-up class.
Please be sure to completely fill out your child's medical fact sheet and sign the release in the case of an emergency.
